How long does shipping take? Shipping can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to ship out!

Do you take custom orders? Yes we do! Every month a few customs are listed on the shop for purchase. When purchasing a custom you can choose any mix of colors available for our current designs. Custom orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to ship out.

Where are you from and do you ship internationally? Theknottychef is based in the US and ships worldwide!

What is your refund policy? We do not accept refunds. If you have an issue with your order please reach out by email on our contact page and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

How do i care for my crochet food? All crochet food is made with 100% cotton yarn and filled with polyester. This means you can hand wash or machine wash your items. When machine washing your food it's recommended to put them in a wash bag though to prevent any snags with the yarn.
